Pre-season Spring Sports Training

Pre-season training for spring sports or for those just wanting to train is available to all high school students looking to start the Spring off the right way. The program will be run by two UMass Lowell Exercise Physiology interns. Students would meet at the Athletic Department and sessions will run from 3pm-4:30pm at IACS on the following dates:


  • Monday 3/2

  • Wednesday 3/4

  • Friday 3/6

  • Monday 3/9

  • Wednesday 3/11

  • Friday 3/13


Students will be going through various forms of training such as plyometrics, agility, strength, and endurance. These various forms of training will take place both inside and outside depending on the weather of the day of training.. If the student has any interest please email iacsathletics@innovationcharter.org with the subject line being “Pre-Season Training”.  A physical must be on file in order to participate.
