Our next meet will be the Frank Kelly Invite on 9/28, in Wrentham, MA. Please arrive at school no later than 6:15am, so you can get the tent. The bus will depart at 6:30am sharp!

We will be running in the first 4 races of the day: All freshmen will race the freshmen 2.1 mile races, and everyone else will run the JV races. In this particular week the emphasis is on racing, NOT times. Practice competing, after going out paced like at Nashua,  and then trying pick off runners one at time. The purpose of attending this meet is to preview the state meet course, so be sure to look at it carefully.
