CROSS COUNTRY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Saturday 11/9/13 - E. Mass Division 6 State Meet
The bus will leave for Wrentham, MA at 6:45am. Please arrive at IACS no later than 6:30am.
Address to the meet - Wrentham Development Center - 131 Emerald St. Wrentham, MA 02093.
It will be important for athletes to pack snacks and have water, they won't be racing until a few hours after breakfast.
The girls will race at 12:15pm and the boys at 1:35pm. It will also be important for athletes to dress in layers, as it is expected to be cold and windy.

Saturday 10/19/13 - Twilight Meet
On Saturday the bus will leave at 1pm. My best estimate as to the return time is 10pm. I strongly encourage that ALL athletes take the bus to this meet, since there will be over 3,000 athletes and 170 teams at the meet. In other words, finding us might be a bit challenging.
Note: There will be a spectator admission fee of $3 for adults, $5 for couple, and $2 for children.

Monday 10/14 - Charter School Invitational Information
Athletes should arrive at IACS by 7:45am. The bus will depart at 8am.

Battle of the Border XC Meet - 10/5/13
This meet will be at Alvirne HS in Hudson, NH. Athletes should arrive by about 11:45am. The bus will depart at 12:00pm. For order of events and additional information, please see attachment.
All of the freshmen will run in the freshmen race. I'll check with all So., Jr., and Sr. as to race they will compete in. |
